To process an exchange, please follow these simple steps:

• Keep all items (INCLUDING the invoice) in a package and address it to the

• Please be sure that all items that are to be exchanged must be unworn and in their original condition and packaging intact. Items that are damaged or altered, may not be accepted.
• If the product received is a damaged product during transit please

• Subsequent to this, your package will be picked up by our courier partner at no extra cost to you within 3-5 business days.
• Please allow at least 6-8 days for the entire return process to be completed.
  You can exchange an item purchased on regium.in with the same item or another one, however all exchanges are subject to stock availability.

We do not have return or refund policy for the following products & Category.

The only exception is for personalized items, which includes

T&C for Personalized Name Necklace

• We provide 6 months Platting warranty for Personalized Name Jewelry. The customer will have to courier us the Name Necklace to our address. One side courier charges will be beard from the customers end.
• The Platting  Process may take up to 10 to 12 working days to complete.
• On the completion of this process the product will be couriered to you on your respective address with no extra charges.
